Cilygofid Farm is a
hill farm located in Bryn in the picturesque hills
north of Port Talbot near Neath and Swansea in South
Wales. We rear and sell top
quality traditional Welsh hill lamb, mutton and free
range pork to the public and to the trade.
Our animals are raised to animal welfare and
environmentally friendly standards.
Our family has farmed
this land since 1799 and we are proud of our
reputation for selling top quality meat which has
been reared on our beautiful Welsh mountains.
Local Delivery
We provide a FREE
local delivery service or you are welcome to collect
directly from Farm by prior arrangement.
We require 7 days notice in order to prepare your

Welsh Hill
Lamb
Our herd of lambs are reared in the
beautiful Welsh mountains. They are of course
free range and our traditional Welsh hill

Mutton
Mutton refers to lambs which
are over two years old. This delicious meat
has a slightly different, richer flavour than lambs.
The joints are larger and are perfect for making
soups, stews, curry and traditional roast dinners.
HRH Prince Charles is a huge fan of mutton as is TV
chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.

Pork
Our pigs are reared in
free range and environmentally-friendly conditions.
Our pork meat is available in packs which can be
prepared to suit your requirements.

We also sell the raw wool fleeces
