Each
year our entire flock of Welsh hill sheep and lambs
are sheared, usually at the end of June just before
the hotter Summer weather.
The
unprocessed unwashed wool fleece is available for
sale to any interested parties in large or small
quantities to suit your needs.
It is
used by spinners for wool, felt and yarn making, for
making crafts and toys and it is popular as natural
insulation as wool is fireproof. We have also
supplied wool to teachers who are running Welsh
theme lessons or to show the children how knitted
woollen clothing originates.
We
can arrange to post the wool to you if necessary at
an agreed cost. We often post our wool to
customers around the world!
